USA Inflatables and Events Rain Policy

Cancellation Policy

• No cancellation fee if plans change with at least 24 hours notice
• Your payment becomes a credit valid for 1 year (no refunds)
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeited payment
• Full payment required once our team arrives at your event, regardless of usage or setup status

Weather Safety Guidelines

If any of the following occur:

• Winds exceed 15 mph
• Lightning is present
• Heavy rain begins

Please:

• Clear all participants from the inflatable immediately
• Unplug the blower from the power outlet
• Wait for weather to improve
• Once weather clears, wipe the unit and motor dry
• Re-inflate according to setup instructions
• Use towels to thoroughly dry the interior before resuming use

CAUTION: Inflatables become extremely slippery when wet. Safety is our priority.

Last-Minute Weather Cancellations

If you cancel due to a weather forecast but conditions improve:

• We cannot guarantee same-day rescheduling
• Our delivery schedule is finalized the night before
• We will make every effort to accommodate your request based on staff and equipment availability
• Customers who maintain their reservations receive priority service

We understand the importance of your special events and will work with you to ensure a successful and safe experience for all participants.
